Basic login troubleshooting

  • If you are NOT able to login to my.evergreen.edu or other Evergreen resources:

  • If you are able to login to my.evergreen.edu, but you can not login here:

    It may take up to 24 hours for the Housing Portal to recognize a newly created @evergreen login. If you've been able to login to my.evergreen.edu for over 24 hours, but still can't login here:

    1. Try refreshing the web page - sometimes the login function times out if left unattended
    2. Try refreshing your browser or clearing your broswer's cookies and cache in your browser settings.
    3. Try using a different browser to access the student login page.
    4. If you are still unable to login after these steps send an email to rad@evergreen.edu. Please use your @evergreen.edu email and we will be in contact to help you log in.

  • August 14, 2026 at 8:00am: Application closes
  • July 31, 2026 at 8:00am: Priority deadline closes
  • July 31, 2026 at 8:00am: Suite preferences closes

  • April 20th, 2026: Returning Resident Incentive Period Ends
  • May 2nd, 2026 at 8am: ADA Housing Accommodations Priortiy Deadline
  • August 3rd, 2026 at 8am: Room Placement & Suitemate Preferences Deadline
  • July 31, 2026: Last day to cancel your Fall '26 application without a fee (see Housing Agreement section 13)
  • September 23rd, 2026: New Student Move In (And Meal Plan Start)
  • September 24th, 2026: Returning Student Move In
  • Room Assignments will be communicated in Mid-Late August
